All submissions are coordinated anonymously with the program advisory commitee. This takes place about 3-4 times a year, so be prepared for a bit of a wait. If these experts see added value for the participants in the topic, they will check which session fits or whether a session needs to be created specifically.
We will get back to you with our proposed assignment and coordinate the details with you and the session moderator.
