Enabling Agrivoltaics: Regulation and Policy Frameworks in Europe
This session will explore the evolving policy and regulatory landscape for agrivoltaics across Europe, focusing on how frameworks can enable the dual use of land for agriculture and renewable energy generation. Several country tables will run in parallel, each featuring a short talk and discussion on national developments in agrivoltaic. Participants are free to rotate between tables according to their interests. Through national perspectives and rotating talks, participants will compare emerging frameworks and practical implementation models. The objective is to highlight best practices from selected Member States, identify key remaining challenges, and examine the role of incentives and regulation in scaling agrivoltaic in Europe.
