Antoine Leclercq is policy officer for renewable electricity production at the Franco-German Office for Energy Transition (OFATE/DFBEW). After studying political science and economics in Nancy, Cologne and Paris, he worked for two and a half years in the economic department of the French Embassy in Berlin, where he analyzed transport, construction, and spatial planning policies in Germany. At OFATE/DFBEW, where he works from the Parisian office, Antoine specializes in spatial planning for renewable energies, working on acceleration zones in France, the 2% target for wind power in Germany, and the regional concentration of wind turbines in both countries.
